Account Analysis
Account Analysis allows both you and the Bank to evaluate your overall business relationship relative to compensating balances and the level and price of services used. Account analysis statements are produced monthly along with a relationship summary that combines information for all of your accounts. The actual statement information includes:
- Balance levels maintained
- Balance levels required for compensation
- Earnings allowance rate and amount
- Fees due
- Detailed services used along with associated volumes and prices
You can use the account analysis statement to retrospectively verify the volume of transactions for which the Bank is charging fees, and it is used prospectively to project volume trends and the need for additional Bank services and compensation.
Paid Check File Account Reconciliation
With a Paid Check File that can be stored onto a diskette and mailed to your company address, or emailed to you in a safe and secure fashion, Bank of the Ozarks can provide you with a tool that can be imported into your accounting system for an automated account reconciliation of paid checks. For each statement cycle, the file will contain key information about your paid checks, such as amount paid and date paid. And the format of the file can be customized to be compatible with your accounting software.

Deposit Reconciliation Reporting
Deposit Reconciliation Reporting is a deposit reporting service, in the form of a paper report or electronic statement transmission, which typically lists store location codes, deposit dates, deposit amounts and store location totals. This product is designed to simplify reconciliation for you when your deposits are from multiple sources to a single account.

Positive Pay
Positive Pay is a check fraud control service for commercial customers. Positive Pay provides the ability to electronically communicate with the Bank any decisions made by you to return unauthorized checks posting to your account. This type of automated reconciliation service requires you to transmit a detailed "checks issued" data file to the bank through our Internet banking system. The file must be submitted within the same banking day of the issue date.

Check Imaging and CD-ROM Statements
Check Imaging and CD-ROM Statement is a service provided by Bank of the Ozarks at each statement cycle; the CD-ROM contains images of the account statement, paid checks, deposited checks and deposit tickets. Viewing software contained on the CD-ROM allows you to view images, and one CD-ROM can contain information for multiple accounts. The software also produces a reconciliation file that can be used in conjunction with your accounting software to balance your checking account(s).

Info-Line Telephone Banking
Info-Line provides an easy way to check your balance or find out about activity on any account by using a touch-tone phone service. On checking and money market accounts, you can find out about specific withdrawals and deposits, or even make a transfer between accounts. On loan and CD accounts, you can check the current balance and check the current interest rates. You can even make loan payment transfers between accounts and obtain NSF/Non-Sufficient Funds item information with Info-Line.

Financial Reporting System/Fax Reporting
